FAQ

Due to the nature of the designs being digital, your purchase is immediately available once payment is received! There is no turn around time on digital downloads as well as no physical product shipped!

Refund Policy:

These are digital purchases. There is NO refund on digital items as they are immediately available to you. There is no way to prove if you downloaded it, and we couldn't prove you still do not have the designs after a refund. HOWEVER, if for some reason a digital download is having issues or you are having problems with it, we will be more than happy to help in anyway by emailing sewcialdesigns@yahoo.com
